Below are some recipes and ideas for you to try with many of our products. These are just some suggestions but hopefully they will encourage you to use your imagination and get creative!

Dips:


As a marinade, mix 2 teaspoons dip mix with 1 cup olive oil, and 1/4 cup vinegar of your choice. For best results, use organic apple cider vinegar or a flavored wine vinegar. Let sit for one hour. Drizzle over fish, chicken, pork, beef, or veggies. Let sit in refrigerator for several hours. Bake or grill as usual. For turkeys or whole chickens, just mix the dip mix with olive oil. Rub under skin, let sit for an hour and bake/grill as usual.

Salad Dressings: Mix 2 teaspoons of your favorite dip mix with 1 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup vinegar. Let sit for 1 hour. Pour on your salad and enjoy! For vinegar choices, see above recipe. Our Tomato Basil, Spinach, and Garlic Lovers dips are excellent choices

Seasoning: Sprinkle dry dip mix over fish, poultry, meats, veggies, baked potatoes, egg dishes, salads, squash... anything, really! Tastes great mixed in with mashed potatoes.  

Dipping oil: 2 tablespoons dip mixed with 1/2 cup olive oil. Let stand several hours. Dip warm French/Italian bread into oil.

Flavored butter/margarine: Mix 2 tablespooons dip mix per stick of butter. Let sit for several hours. Spread onto warm bread, rolls, etc.

Cheese ball: 1/2 jar dip mix with 1 package softened cream cheese. Mix well. Roll into ball and can roll in parsley if desired. Refrigerate several hours until firm and serve with your favorite crackers or veggies.


Teas: 

Our teas are also good chilled for an iced tea. Just make the tea according to package directions. Place in refrigerator for several hours to cool. Add a sprig of fresh mint or lemon verbena and enjoy.

Sun Tea: Use entire package of tea, and add to a glass gallon jar filled with water. Place in sun for 4-6 hours. Strain herbs out of water and place in refrigerator.  Sweeten with honey if desired.


Infused Vinegars: 

Infused viniagrette: Add 1/4-1/3 cup flavored vinegar to 1 cup olive oil. Shake well, salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
